About the Artist I have been interested in woodworking since childhood and spend as much time as possible in my woodshop. After high school, I acquired a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and spent many years as a design and project engineer in medical devices and portable lighting. In 1995, I earned my Professional Engineer License. My woodworking skills increased as I continued this hobby, creating wooden art, such as intarsia, furniture and many other functional items for my home and shop. Some of those projects are pictured on this page. In the Wood Time clocks, I bring together the skills I have developed in woodworking and design engineering to produce functional, Engineered Artistic creations. Jeff Arnett | |||||
